Booking Confirmation

All bookings are confirmed after payment or advance confirmation. Once confirmed, your tour date and services are reserved specifically for you.

Cancellation by Customer

Refund eligibility depends on the time of cancellation:

  • More than 48 hours before the tour:
    Partial or full refund may be provided, depending on the tour type and payment method.

  • Within 48 hours of the tour:
    No refund will be provided due to advance arrangements and reserved services.

  • No-show or late arrival:
    No refund will be issued.

Cancellation by Desert Safaris UAE

In rare cases, tours may be canceled due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Safety concerns

  • Government restrictions

  • Technical or operational issues

If we cancel your tour, you will be offered:

  • A rescheduled tour, or

  • A full refund, as applicable.

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Refund processing time may take 7–14 business days, depending on banks or payment providers.

  • Any transaction or bank fees (if applicable) may be deducted.

Changes & Rescheduling

  • Date or time changes are subject to availability.

  • Requests must be made at least 24–48 hours before the tour.

  • Same-day changes cannot be guaranteed.

Third-Party Services

Some tours or activities may involve third-party operators. Their refund rules may apply, and refunds will follow their policies where applicable.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • No-shows

  • Missed tours due to late arrival

  • Personal reasons after tour start

  • Change of mind after confirmation
